点评:We visited for dinner on the 5th July for 3 people.
The place is nice - we were welcomed by the host who invited us to take a seat ont the terrace. Our orders were taken promptly.
Starters and main dishes for 3 guests.
As we all ordered hinkali, we immediately asked if there was Ajika sauce for them to which we got a simple « no » answer.
Starters for 2 guests came and are nicely presented and tasty (salad and pkhali).
Then main dish - 9 hinkali for 3 guests arrived.
As there was no seasoning we asked for sour cream to which the answer was « we don’t have sour cream ». I honestly cannot understand if the waiter was too lazy or if the restaurant really didn’t have it…
Anyway we ate our hinkali, which were tasty but missing some ajika or sour cream…
Then the 3rd starter came : the khacapuri imeruli which took nearly 40-45 minutes instead of the 15 minutes written on the menu.
For dessert we ordered the modified « Napoleon », it was disappointing and the pastry seemed industrial, not home made. It was closer to an apple streusel…
Overall I have mixed feelings over this visit and I am not sure I would visit again despite the fact that I love Georgian cuisine.
