点评：So very disappointed in this company. We had a booking cancelled on 2nd March and then 2 of our friends had a booking cancelled one on 4th April and one on 8th April. We have a booking for 10 of us for this Friday 25th April 2025 and were concerned about it as we wanted to ensure the company was still open. I have left 3 voicemails, have emailed the company and have sent messages via Messenger on Facebook and not received one reply. Today I have contacted Groupon who inform me the company is closed from 15th April until 30th April therefore our booking would not be happening. Thankfully I thought to contact Groupon, our booking is for 10 people for a birthday celebration and we would have been extremely disappointed if we had turned up and not been able to get in. Trax Social you really need to contact all your customer who have bookings well in advance especially if you know you are going to be closed until 30th April.
