Brilliant tour through a historically rich area of Manchester!

点评：This is the second time I’ve been on this tour with Dean - it was so good the first time I brought my family the second time.
Dean is so well informed about Angel Meadow and its history; he brings the characters and stories from the area to life.
At one point, we even got to hear the bell that had been in a church in Angel Meadow. It had been transferred to a church in Prestwich but Dean had recorded it in its new home and played it as we stood in its original spot. This attention to detail was evident throughout the tour. Every stop was so interesting and it was clear Dean’s not just a tour guide, he’s an expert with a passion and connection with the area.
It didn’t feel rushed and Dean answered any questions that the group had as we went along.
There were a few steep steps but Dean warned us about them beforehand and waited for anyone needing to take their time.
Well recommended for anyone who’s from Manchester or visiting. If you love history this is the tour for you.
