点评：Where to start.
We arrived for 4pm which was our brunch time. Left stood there whilst they were seating a group booking which is fine. We had multiple members of staff walking past us offered no help.
We had to ask one of the chefs to see what was going on.
After seeing them make us a table right in front of the DJ we we're then seated. 20 mins after our brunch was meant to start.
We we're then brought a round of drinks and we thought we'll just enjoy the rest of our brunch.
Ordered the flat iron steak. Sat there enjoying the drinks etc no food came. 15 mins until the brunch was finishing still no food. Had to ask the manager where it was and reorder. It then came out shortly after. Fries were hot steak was cold.
We've then ordered an uber as we prepaid weeks before for the meal.
The manager has chased us down telling us we need to go back in to pay!!
Stating the restaurant doesn't take payment upfront. We've then had to go through bank statements to prove payment and he apologised and said "you must be one of the 1%".
The whole experience was appalling and being chased down outside canal street saying we hadn't paid really did top it off for us. It was humiliating to be honest. I wouldn't recommend this place to anybody and I probably won't ever go back.
The only positives was there was a server with a septum piercing who was an absolute delight. The DJ played some great tunes and the toilets are nice. Not enough to go back for especially when we paid for the upgraded brunch aswell.
Really disappointed to be fair. Only for not wanting to ruin my night I would of gone back in for a refund after being chased down for money.

然后我们叫了一辆优步，因为我们几周前就预付了餐费。
经理追着我们，告诉我们需要回去付钱！！
餐厅声明不接受预付款。我们不得不查看银行对账单来证明付款，他道了歉，说“你肯定是那1%的人”。
整个体验糟透了，在运河街外面被追着说没付钱，真是让我们雪上加霜。说实话，这太丢脸了。我不会推荐这家餐厅给任何人，而且可能以后都不会再去了。
唯一的优点是有个服务员打了鼻中隔穿孔，服务态度非常好。DJ放了一些很棒的歌，厕所也很棒。不过，这些都不足以让我再去一次，尤其是我们还付了升级版早午餐的钱。
说实话，真的很失望。如果不是因为不想毁了我的夜晚，我本来会在被追着要钱之后再去退款的。
