Hello Oriental的点评
点评：Today was a special day out for me and my partner as it is the last time we will visit the Trafford Centre until I have a double lung transplant - we had a fabulous day until we stepped into Hello Oriental for dinner.
On arrival, we waited ages to be seated, and the staff appeared to be busy chatting and laughing amongst themselves before someone acknowledged we were there. Ordering was simple via the website, and our drinks arrived promptly even though mine wasn't what I'd ordered. The wait for our food was bad, when it eventually arrived, my partner got his meal then waited five minutes or so for his side to arrive, I then waited a further 20 minutes for my food to arrive - you'd have assumed a table for two would have liked their meal served at the same time.
The food we were served could only be described as disgusting, vile, in fact. The chicken had been cooked that long you could have broken a tooth on the battered coating. Salt and pepper chips, no spices, so they were just normal chips and sides that were tepid at best.
Given that no member of staff wanted to speak to me about the poor service and food, we left without eating very much.
After paying nearly 60 quid I feel completely robbed.
