点评：We visited District on a trip to Manchester for our anniversary. We opted for the Discovery menu. This was amazing, each course was delicious. The spice levels and flavours were unlike any Thai food we’ve had before. From the zingy fish starter to the passion fruit desert, each complimented one another.
The courses were served with a great intro from the staff , just enough to know what each was but not OTT as some tasting menus often are. The service is friendly and organised, never missing a trick. Water topped throughout and courses held when we nipped to the loo etc.
It was a lovely touch to be given a glass of bubbles and an additional desert to mark our anniversary. This really topped off an outstanding meal.
The setting, music and staff were great. District is such a fab experience, don’t expect a luxurious setting, this is an other worldly dystopia and was right up our street. We will remember the unique flavours and setting and the thoughtful gesture for years to come. We’ll be recommending to all our friends visiting Manchester.
