点评：Having ordered via the online app and the order being accepted and paid for, with an expected wait time of about 25 minutes, I was a little disappointed that after 40 minutes there was still no sign of my food, especially as my wife had ordered from one of the other vendors and had received her meal in good time.
After once more checking the order we spoke to one of the serving staff who couldn't understand the delay either.
With that in mind he went to find out what was happening and came back within a few minutes to apologise, but to basically say that Tender Cow had closed the kitchen for preparation, even though they had accepted the order in the first place and taken payment.
The server was most apologetic and even he felt it was unacceptable and arranged for a refund.
Unfortunately, this was not the first time that I had experienced a similar situation with Tender Cow at Mackie Mayor, but it will certainly be my last.
As the server was arranging the refund, upon checking the email confirmation that I receive when ordering... the original order itself was still showing as accepted!
With some great vendors in the building, there are much better options that seem much happier to take your money and offer you something worthwhile in return.
