点评：So we visited Nando’s Manchester Fallowfield Branch for my daughters birthday and was the worst restaurant experience ever. We were left waiting for our food for well over 1 hour with people who came after us getting there food 30 minutes before us and it wasn’t even that busy. So after waiting 40 minutes then asking where our food was, then being told it would be 20 minutes, so looks like they hadn’t even taken my order properly but not being honest about it. Then they had the audacity to ask how my meal was when it finally arrived at which point I made my feelings abundantly clear. The manager then said he would come back to see me to get my feedback on paper but surprise surprise he didn’t bother to come. The food when it came was no where near the standard you would expect dry chicken overcooked. Paying somebody for this level of service is a joke and they should be ashamed of themselves. Honestly they ruined my daughters day and I will never ever be going back. Don’t bother with these guys looks like they no longer care about the customer and service far better places out there to spend your money. Well done Nando’s!
