点评：My twin brother and I were pub hopping around this cute city on a bitterly cold March afternoon when we decided to drop by The Crafty Scholar Pub ,been here before, always had a good time and so it proved on our latest visit to here.
A great looking pub, interior is superb, light and airy, modern decor and furnishings, a cool looking serving bar dominates the main room, big screens to enjoy the sport and plenty of seating options spread throughout this pub both inside and when the weather is good outside looking out onto the busy and bustling Church Street, its just a really good pub to unwind in .
We ordered a pale ale each ( TimothyTaylor Landlord ) , these were served in pristine condition, we chilled out and soaked up the great vibe in this busy and popular pub while we sipped our pale ale's.
My pale ale was really good, a crisp, golden pale ale, hints of toffee, a delicious aroma and aftertaste with a smooth finish, a classic British pale ale served in a classic British pub, its hardly surprising that this pub is so popular with ale's served in this good a condition by staff who are genuinely pleased to see you in their pub.
We really enjoyed our pale ale's in here before we moved on and although our visit was only fleeting as on every other visit to The Crafty Scholsr Pub we had a great time.
The Crafty Scholsr Pub is easy to locate along Church Street.
Opening hours are;
Monday to Sunday, open from 10am.
Well worth checking out if you're in the area or planning a trip to Lancaster.
