点评：Greeted and seated straight away upon arrival. Used the scan table and order app and waited. Drinks came quickly, helped ourselves to the salad bar. Food quality was good apart from a couple of bits of browning lettuce, but just removed them, they can’t check every piece when it comes packaged. About 15 mins in someone came over checking what toppings we wanted on a pizza as it hadn’t come through in the App, they’d started cooking a plain pizza without topping and brought that for free while we were waiting, then we discovered another pizza was missing, they quickly brought that even though it was missing. Not sure what had gone but sometimes technology doesn’t work, one of those things. The staff were very good and brought all the food we’d ordered and even gave a small refund which they didn’t have to do. Excellent customer service and the food was delicious. Can’t praise then enough. Unfortunately no one was near the door when we were leaving so we didn’t get to thank them again in person. Thank you Preston Deepdale Pizza Hut team.
