点评：Avoid and go elsewhere!
I went this lunchtime with my mum and baby who is 8 months old. We had to wait about an hour for our food to arrive. It seemed that the customers who came after me were served a lot quicker. Hope it had nothing to do with th3 fact that my order was a vegqn dairy free. I kept asking the waier how long it would take and all he kept saying was '10 minutes' but it was always much longer than that. To make matters worse, the Manager who took my order got part of my order wrong (although its has to be said he was quick to rectify this as soon as possible). I had been to this branch a few years back and I swear it was better staffed and the service was quicker and well managed. It seems that this is no longer the case. As I said, we waited almost an hour and meanwhile my child was getting tired and hungry. In the end, when the food had eventually arrived, there was little time to eat and enjoy so we had to pack most of it away. When I asked the Manager for a takeaway box, he gave me one little one even though there was a lot more food. Just thought it was a little too stingy to be honest! - but I felt too embarrassed to say. I won't be going back. Far better restaurants with better services in the city centre.
