点评：I usually love Mango Tree and the food. Unfortunately the latest order has put a real downer on the place.
I ordered for friends to collect because I know how dismal their delivery service is. After waiting the 40mins indicated I went down only to wait another 30 min.
At home I discover one meal missing. Of course this had to be the only vegetarian option, so we couldn’t even split out what we did have.
One phone call to the restaurant promised to have it waiting by the time I travelled back, and true to their word it was waiting. Arriving back home the missing meal was tucked into, only to find that half way through the recipient exclaimed, this is chicken!!! Yup, she was right, they had definitely given us the chicken version instead which I had just served to a strict vegetarian of over 35 years. To say she was unimpressed is an understatement.
The rest of her meal was either covered in enough chilli to strip paint, or bland and tasteless.
I ended up cooking her a frozen pizza while the rest of us tucked into what was, I have to say, lovely food otherwise, but over 2 hrs after we ordered.
I know it was rammed busy, and you were rushed off your feet, but to muck it up not once but twice and change a veg option to meat was unforgivable.
