点评：Most definitely the worst Macdonald's we have ever been to. We live locally so even though it's not the best we go occasionally but tonight will be our last visit.
We intend to use the drive through but the queue was all the way to the entrance so I thought it might be quicker to go in - bad idea.
Obviously it was easy to order at the self checkout so that Macdonald's had our money but that was the only positive thing I can say. We and all other customers were waiting with no one inside being served as the staff were dealing with drive through orders.
While waiting there were numerous people that were trying to order at the counter but were ignored. There was a huge pile of food ready to pack abandoned while staff buzzed around but didn't seem to achieve anything. Worse, I saw a staff member drop a burger on the floor and pick it up and put it back on the pile to be served to a customer (it was wrapped but still not hygienic!).
We finally got our order after about 1/2 hour wait, hardly fast food! It was stone cold so I took it back. Surprisingly, one staff member was quick to respond and put new burgers in a bag and requested a colleague put new chips in. She agreed but then disappeared. After about 10 minutes, I asked another staff member if he could just add the chips as the burgers would be going cold again. His response was 'we're busy, there's nothing we can do' - customer service skills none existent apparently.
We finally got our replacement meal about an hour after our initial order. Not surprisingly the burgers were cold again but we had learnt it was pointless complaining.
We will never return to this branch.
Seeing other similar reviews I am not surprised this branch is the very worst local 'fast food' restaurant in the area on Tripadvisor!

我们终于在最初订购大约一小时后拿到了替换餐。汉堡又凉了，这并不奇怪，但我们已经知道抱怨是没有意义的。
我们永远不会再来这家分店了。
