点评：Although the coffee is very good, I don’t think I will be visiting this place any time soon. Unless someone offers me a coffee without me needing to face their customer service that clearly has an attitude. Bought myself a cappuccino and my son asked for a babyccino. We were on the go( they do not welcome pushchair customers indoors anyway), but the small babyccino( or esspresso) cup did not have a lid, so I asked it to be poured into a bigger cup. The answer from the barista was that they don’t do it as it costs money! I was shocked at his answer, but said, I can pay for this bigger cup with a lid ( not to mention the overprised price for a shot of hot milk). At that point the barista said it’s ok( did he feel ashamed, may be?😎) It is not the first time the arrogant customer service in this place has left me surprised. I will choose other coffee places and there are plenty of places that serve hot shots of milk free or under a pound too;-) Dissapointed local customer.
