点评：Have gone into Dennis of Bexley many times over the years regularly as they have always been extremely good quality. However, I went in there a week ago and asked for a beef salad box. I was told they are not allowed to make the salad box anymore but I could have the same ingredients in a sandwich, which wasn’t suitable as I am intolerant to bread. I pointed out that this made no sense whatsoever as it was still being quite clearly advertised on the menu board. The staff merely shrugged!
The only thing they could offer was a chicken Caesar salad in their pre-packed section which was absolutely awful. The lettuce was wilted, the croutons had all gone soggy and I had to dispose of it. At the same time we bought four lattes. They tasted awful, not what we had purchased many times previously. They actually tasted as though they had been made with powdered milk and upon opening one of the coffee, it was the most disgusting dark brown dishwater and nothing at all like a latte that we had paid for. I did an online complaint to Dennis of Bexley and surprise surprise, I have heard nothing back from them. Won’t be going there again
