New stuff is very fun, pool freezing- absolutely filthy changing rooms with not enough cubicles!

点评：We went as a family of four, (2 adults and 2 toddlers) to swim today. The new stuff is great and my kids loved it, but the water is far too cold and the family wave pool was full of things floating in it. My daughter was shivering and went blue. We had to leave early because of it. When leaving, the showers were full of mud, leaves and hair. The whole changing room was filthy. There are nowhere near enough changing rooms and everyone was waiting, shivering, getting very stressed and fed up (several people were complaining and getting really annoyed and we were too). I'm not sure we will ever return because it's unacceptable to be waiting after getting out of the pool and the filth was appalling. In saying all that, please note that the Ladies at Reception were lovely.
