点评:Got seated quickly, table was sticky. Ordered through the app as usual and was easy. Been to loads of Nando’s over the years but this is the first time in Crawley, it started off ok we ordered drinks and food, 5 mins later our food arrived we normally expect our drinks first glasses etc so we can go and get our drinks but to my surprise the food turns up first, ok no big deal here so I get up and walked to a member of staff and asked if we should have had our glasses brought to the table, I wondered as we haven’t been to a Nando’s for a good few months and thought maybe they had changed things. The lady who I approached couldn’t seem to understand me and she gave me a hand gesture to follow her she took me to another member of staff and indeed she didn’t understand me and spoke in another language to another member of staff who then approached me but it was obvious that he could talk English and so I asked him had the rules changed as we got our food but didn’t receive glasses. He apologised and handed us our glasses, it all took a bit of time while our food was laid on the table getting cold and by the time we had got back to the table with our drinks my food was more or less cold, I still ate it all as I didn’t want to waste best part of £80. It’s annoying that they have employed Someone who can’t actually speak or understand English
