Great Location but Needs a Good Clean
约克郡小酒馆酒店的点评
点评：For location, this place can’t be beaten. What a beautiful place to stay, right in the heart of the action! It’s close enough to all the many splendours of Harrogate, whilst also being perfectly set up for bars and restaurants.
The staff are brilliantly friendly and so accommodating. Flawless and smiley service from start to finish.
The bed was so comfortable, the pillows were great and the blackout curtains were excellent. When you book, you also get a deal for eating in the bistro; this is well worth doing and the food is delicious.
Two major flaws with this place though:
1: it’s crazy noisy! You 100% will hear every footstep/toilet flush from the room above you. Creaky floorboards, banging doors, racket from the yard area outside … thank goodness for earplugs!
2: it needs a deep clean. Superficially, it’s fine (clean sheets and bathroom etc) but the windowsills and skirting boards are super dusty and the throw cushions/counterpane were quite grubby.
All in all, not a bad experience. Would tentatively recommend if the above aren’t deal-breakers for you.
