点评：Have been to Fishtastic many times, over many years, I actually drive past another fish ‘n chip shop to get to Fishtastic. Not anymore.
Placed an order online for collection, order accepted 17:23 order to be collected at 17:33 is what the Fishtastic website stated. I arrived at 17:34 the order wasn’t ready (this is never a problem for me, I’m happy to wait), assistant asked the chap frying the fish where my order was, his response to her was: ‘Can’t these people read the collection time’?
So I waited. Several people came in the shop, ordered and were served straight away. And still I waited. My order was nothing out of the ordinary, everything I ordered was there on show. And still I waited. Then an order was bagged up and put on top of the fryer, I presumed this was for someone else. I still waited. Then the penny dropped with the assistants, the order on top of the fryer was mine.
When I got home the food was nowhere near as piping hot as it usually is and had to be reheated half way through eating the meal. The fish was ok, a bit oily, but ok, the chips however were hard and not thoroughly cooked in my opinion. Scraps missing, curry sauce upside down in the bag and running out.
My receipt on the bag stated - Order accepted at 17:23 fulfilment at 17:33 I guess I can read.
