点评：Excellent service, excellent food and tastefully decorated restaurant with a nod to local industry.
A bread selection was presented while we were deciding on our fare, and once again before the courses arrived.
A busy evening for the staff as they had a number of large groups to attend to, yet service was swift and the waiters took everything in their stride.
My scallop starter was perfectly cooked professionally presented. Delicious.
My partner's tomato taurine was delectable and praised highly.
Extra helpings of side orders were brought immediately and staff were highly attentive to every table.
The maître d', being Portuguese, commended us on selecting a wine from his home country and suggested drinking small amounts and keeping the bottle on ice so as to enjoy its light crisp and delicate flavour with our main course of hake, the catch of the day.
The children enjoyed their courses too. Especially the melon fruit salad and chicken wing starters.
My compliments to the kitchen staff and the front of house. We'll be back again and will recommend the hotel and restaurant to anyone heading this way.
