We went here as two couples for a meal. One of us ordered sea food chowder as they love it and always order it no matter where they are. When it came it was a brown colour which we thought was a bit odd as it’s usually a creamy light colour. When he tasted it, it just tasted like a mushroom sauce with loads of mushrooms and very little or any fish. He did find a few prawns in amongst the mushrooms. It didn’t taste very nice either
It was so disappointing and he ended up sharing one of the other meals. We paid and told the girl that came to lift the plates and she asked if we had paid when we said we had she said I would have taken it off the bill, but no one came to check if our food was ok or to clear the table for a long time. She said she would tell the chef and never came back. We left thinking we’ll never eat there again. If they were out of chowder the should have just said so instead of bringing a disgusting meal.
