韦斯特波特穆勒泰斯酒店的点评
点评：Stayed here a night for hen party on the 28-06-25. We were a group of 12. From the minute I ring to enquire about staying to checking-out after our stay the communication from the hotel especially Shannon was excellent. Shannon was very informative, polite & always on hand if I needed to make any changes.
Before we even got to the hotel Shannon had made us feel at ease with the most welcoming voice/attitude. Booking a group night away can be stressful but she made it as easy as you can imagine.
We also booked a little room in the hotel for our group & it was ideal. We played some games & the chefs cooked us some finger food. The waitress & barman were excellent too. Always willing to give a hand if we needed it.
I was blown away by the hotel. The reception area was spotless & welcoming. The rooms themselves were perfect. A nice size & spotless. Lovely big shower, towels & toiletries provided.
Breakfast was lovely. The girls enjoyed it.
The first hotel I've stayed in were check-out was 12pm & i can honestly say it was the best. No rushing after breakfast to pack up our things.
Its a hotel that I'd 100% book again even for solo or couples night away.
Its location is perfect. Right in the heart of Westport & a minute's walk to the main street.
Shannon & the team on that weekend are a credit to the hotel. Kind, pleasant & always willing to answer or give a hand when needed.
