点评：I had such a terrible experience today with my 2 year old that I deeply regret spending my money at this location.
Upon arriving, I was advised that they were working on 1 hour sessions and I would not be able to enter the soft play area until the beginning of the next hour but there was no mention of this hour restriction either at the location or online. When I was granted access, I witnessed a male staff member in a red jacket sit on his phone with his back to the entrance door, completely ignoring customers that were shouting and waving trying to get his attention to be let in.
As if this wasn’t already a terrible experience, the same male staff member then approached my table and told us we had to leave now. We pointed out that the hour we had been charged for was not over but the staff member then claims the slot is 55 minutes not an hour. I pointed out that the reception staff specifically stated it was 1 hour but the male staff member shrugged and walked off.
I’m not surprised to see other bad reviews for this location after today’s experience. The staff and management need to do much better.
