点评：Went with a party of 6 last night. My partner and two other couples. My steak was ordered M/R and arrived well done. To my surprise I had to spend a few minutes explaining this to the waiter and actually asking him to just look at the steak so he could see for himself. He obliged eventually to take my steak back. This should have been discreet but was actually embarrassing as my friend had to take it back a second time on my behalf. The second steak was back after a minute and raw. Each of these returns had the prawns recooked and rubbery by the time I tried them so did not eat those either. They left my chips on the table the entire time too so they were cold. I didn’t eat much and nothing was offered as compensation ie. A drink on the house etc as is common practice to soften those situations. Very disappointed and actually quite embarrassing too. We still tipped well as the blonde waitress was so nice.
