点评：If I could give this place zero stars I would.
From the minute my boyfriend and his friends walked in they were greeted with judgy looks being thrown across the room, wether that was because it was a group of young men I’m not sure but regardless no one should be treated like that.
My boyfriend ordered a steak sandwich and asked for the ciabatta on the side so he could make it by himself, he told the waiter this. Which seemed to be no problem at the time. He then got sent out his steak, wrongly cooked, with a ciabatta cut into small pieces, he explained this isn’t what he wanted and asked for a new one.
The owner then came over and said “you will be paying for that bread you wasted” to which he replied he didn’t eat it and it wasn’t what he ordered, common sense?
She then began screaming at him to leave her restaurant and that him and his friends were barred from coming back, all because his order was wrong?
She has no idea how to handle customers and shouldn’t be in hospitality at all.
I rang to try talk to a manager and I rudely got hung up on after being told “I didn’t know what I was talking about”
Would avoid at all costs.
