点评：I am a nurse who was caring one day for a young man with special needs and epilepsy. He wanted to go to kcs, so we did. I rang them when were outside. I know there is a queuing system however this lad, due to his disabilities would not have been able to que for that long. Due to his epilepsy I could not leave him alone in the vehicle. I had hoped that I could ring in the order from outside the door. I explained this to the staff on the phone. They told me they would not make special allowances and that he had to que just like everyone else. Well hes not like everyone else. Hes unique and amazing and has the right to the same quality of life as everyone else. Even if that means people facilitating him to meet his needs. I thought it was horrible in this day and age that they cannot make special allowances for the disabled who cannot stand and que for 30 mins+ . Disgraceful.
