Not a pleasent Thai massage experience

I was given the voucher as a Christmas gift. I booked a massage with the fully qualified person, the owner. When I entered the place, the room where the massage took place I told the person my age, early 70 's that I needed a more relaxing kind of massage, not too deep. She said, oh yes, it will be gentle! I was face down ready for the hour long treatment ,She started the massage then a while after that I heard another person entering the room, a younger person, woman who then started to massage my upper body whilst the owner worked on my legs. I didn't realise at this stage that the younger woman was actually in training and I with a fully paid voucher to have the expert not someone who was training to be a Thai masseuse. She, the person who was a trainee was very rough, I actually felt pain especially under my shoulder blades so I said, that's sore, that's hurting me. The owner said, go easy, she's an older person, I heard her saying that several times but the trainee was doing the massage her way, wasn't taken notice I thought that the time would never be up. Now, that's not all as I was expecting a nice room, clean, relaxing but the walls were dirty, the carpet too, no nice atmosphere to feel good beforehand to relax. I wasn't impressed and when I told the person who gifted me the voucher, they knew that the younger person was a trainee as they know the person who owns it and also the trainees and were furious after hearing that they actually practiced on a full paying person as that training is usually within the salon between themselves.
