Morrisons Hamilton Cafe的点评
点评：Been a few times to Morrisons cafe after doing shopping in the store, sadly the cafe and the service have went down hill fast. 1..the trolley cupboards are broken or full of shop stuff so can't use them to park your shopping, 2 .no staff on til when U go into cafe I stood about for ages before someone appeared from the back kitchen. 3. Waited nearly 20 mins for a roll and bacon ( I was only customer in café at the time ).4. hard crispy bacon ended up leaving it .5..I won't be back they need a supervisor at the cafe to get things moving and staff don't give a f@#,k about customers . A bell push at til to say customer waiting is an idea.fix trolley cupboards , cut waiting times down, make decent hot food, it's not rocket science.. and the cafe might actually make money and customers would come back.. I do my shopping elsewhere now and use their cafe which is decent .another customer lost because of a shi##y cafe ..
