Brig O Doon Hotel的点评
点评：The hotel is beautiful, surrounding grounds well maintained. While our room was very nice lovely Arran aromatics toiletries available, the walk down to the room the floor is very very slippery & has the potential to be very dangerous to the wrong guest! We had a beautiful view over the river however the balcony above being cleaned at 5am was not so beautiful. Service was variable Whitney was very attentive & a young male didn’t catch his name very good communication. Lunch on the balcony took an extended time to be served & only after we asked. Dinner additional charges to set menu don’t match the menu and bill discrepancy in pricing. Breakfast no orange juice available at 9am, additional charge advised for earl grey seems strange for breakfast only one option for tea, hotels normally offer a selection of tea. For £300 a night not unrealistic to expect also no hotel parking. White coffee server further advised an additional charge maybe not realizing it’s a coffee with milk. Another guest very shaky asked for toast advised to help herself maybe a little more understanding required, they had to ask for orange juice, fruit, a spoon, milk for pot of tea as not available. Little more refinement in service required. Sausages are awful! The hotel looks the part it just needs to improve its services .
