点评：Food was great as usual. But unfortunately the experience was let down by a few simple mistakes. Firstly the restaurant was freezing cold. I had to sit with my jacket on for the entire meal. I also noticed that the vast majority of other customers were also sitting with there jackets on. In fact the person on the table next to us had there hood up & scarf on. This was because the ceiling mounted aircon units were blowing cold air down on everyone. The outside weather at the time was 15 degrees & raining. So aircon was not needed.
I did ask the staff if they could turn this off. They did turn it off but only briefly as about 30 mins later i felt it come back on. This is when we left. We were planning on having an after dinner coffee but my wife & I were freezing by this point.
Also, we ordered the sharing anti-pasti platter to share for our starter followed by a pizza for myself & a pasta dish for my wife. Our main courses arrived at the same time as our starter. So we never got to enjoy our starter separately. It became more of a side dish to our mains. The waitress did say that the mains might come out a fraction earlier as they are cooked fresh. But surely at the same time as the starter is poor.
During our entire meal. Including desserts we were never asked once if we would have liked another drink. Even though both our glasses were empty. We were both planning a nice Irish coffee to finish with. But never got the opportunity.
All in all. The food is good. But the restaurant was freezing cold & staff attentiveness was poor.
