点评：My husband collected a takeaway this evening and when he got home after a number of delays and road diversions discovered he had someone else’s order. Phoned the restaurant and spoke to a young man, who was very helpful, and he suggested bringing the food back and swapping for the correct order. As we had friends visiting and due to the travelling time it wasn’t an option. The restaurant then suggested we kept the meals we had collected. As this was the only option we did and unfortunately none of it was to our taste. Phoned for a pizza locally instead. Gutted to say the least as the food we had ordered was a firm favourite and we had raved about it to our visiting guests.
We have used the take away a number of times and the food is always delicious. My husband did say the restaurant was busy and mistakes do happen and it’s understandable. The 3 stars were the disappointment felt to us as we were so looking forward to our meal. :(
