点评：We live over 400 miles away from Elgin....but whenever we're around Moray, it's always been one of our go-to places. I never thought I would have to give a negative review, but here we are, unfortunately. Our starters arrived.....one was lukewarm and the other....a simple chicken wings, arrived in 2 separate parts of a plate with 3 wings....and 5 minutes after, a plate with a further 2 wings!! The cheese fondue was replaced, and the second portion was volcanic....which ruined the texture of what should be a gooey fondue. Around 65 degrees is the perfect temperature Scribbles. Main courses arrived and my husband was left without cutlery. His chips with salt and chilli were almost cold....it was so full of cold sliced chillies, my guess is that had seriously cooled the chips....or maybe they'd been waiting a while....he just gave up on them. Food was definitely not the quality expected from Scribbles. Our server was a lovely girl, but we constantly had to get someone's attention for the cutlery, and for drinks, as she was busy with other things. All in all, a disappointing experience that we hadn't expected.....and it wasnt even that busy, so no excuse.
