点评：This review pertains solely to the delivery driver. Despite providing the address, hotel name, hotel room number, and floor number, I received a call indicating the driver was outside and couldn’t find my room. It is unclear if any interaction occurred with the reception desk. My room was located far from the front entrance. It took me a minute to put my shoes back on and then I walked to the front, I was met with the driver shouting profanities and using inappropriate language, criticizing my directions. I honestly don’t know how much clearer I could get. Initially, I intended to tip him an additional amount than what I had already, but his aggressive behavior—thrusting the food at me and walking away while swearing—changed my mind. He claimed he had been waiting for ten minutes and couldn't locate my room. He then walked off, slammed his car door, and continued to yell profanities from his car window as he drove off speeding. A passerby witnessed the incident and asked which restaurant the driver was from, expressing they would never order from them. This entire experience was very upsetting, especially as I had just arrived in Inverness an hour prior. As for the food, it was decent. I would have rated the food itself about a 3 star, but given the circumstances I will never order there again.
