点评：Been here a few times over the years and it gets progressively worse. Surprised it’s still open to be honest. They have a lot of beer taps advertising good German beer but the majority of them are off with a glass over the handle and there are only one or two actually available. This has been the case most times I’ve visited (Saturday at 5pm). Ordered a half pint of what wheat beer was available and it smelled very “eggy” not fresh and not nice. This happened on my last visit too when a man behind the bar tried to argue with me that there was nothing wrong with the erdinger wheat (there clearly was as it too smelled “eggy” and was not cloudy as it should be - I know German beer well and that was off). I did not have food in this occasion but have had in the past and it is not nice - microwaved nonsense as others have stated. I find the service to be bad too - always loads of staff floating about but not actually serving and leave you hanging at bar for ages before serving. There is also zero atmosphere in the place - always empty, no music etc, it’s very dull to sit in which is a shame.
Save your money and go to Wetherspoons - good fresh German beer (tap and bottle) and similar food that’s not ridiculously priced.
