点评：First visit, we we had a really warm welcome from the waiter! It was packed but he found a seat for us!
We Ordered our drinks and received them quickly!
We Ordered a Salsiccia pizza and in less than a 10 min it was in front of us! It was perfect! The dough was the right consistency, the right amount of toppings and a nice fire oven flavour!
The owner came around and greeted all the customers and chatted for a few moments! He came to us and asked where we were from! He was so excited to talk to Canadians and we connected! We left there like we met a new friend!
On our last night in Glasgow, We just had to go back! It looked like it was closing but we found out that there was a retirement party going on! But when the owner saw us, he told us to come right on in and he sat us at a table! Knowing that it was late, we just ordered drinks!! Well, after an hour of chit chat with the owner we said our good byes! He is a hard working man with determination and pride!!
As typical with Italians, you walk in as strangers and walk out as family/friends!!
Such a lovely restaurant with excellent food and amazing service!
We hope to come back to Glasgow and when we do, we will definitely come back to CIBO! 👍👍👍👍👍
