点评：Terrible experience.
I’ve been to Sano Glasgow a dozen or more times, the pizza is ok, not amazing but perfectly ok. Kind of like a pound shop version of a decent pizza but miles above Dominoes etc. Genuinely not bad.
This time I ordered my pizza and they brought it with the wrong toppings. No big deal, please bring me the pizza I ordered. Except they don’t do that, loads of delivery orders are being made, orders for new customers are being made but they just aren’t making my pizza. So I just give up eventually and go elsewhere.
Mistakes get made, who cares? But if you make a mistake you have to prioritise the replacement pizza above the takeaway orders, give the customer their pizza and they will be happy. I’m asking for so little, just give me the mediocre pizza I ordered and I’ll eat it and come back.
Definitely won’t eat here again.
Positive was an amazing staff member with a North American accent, the mistake was nothing to do with her but she tried to rectify it with great customer service but it was too late.
