点评：The annoying thing is that the food is excellent but it shows you that it’s not everything. I used to love the place and never even considered anywhere else. Problem is they don’t like ANY criticism at all. When I say that, I don’t mean bad at all, the only thing I ever moaned at was the price. Even that it was only because a pizza one week went up 50p, no moan at all but then the following week it went up by £1. Even then, not really a moan just brought it up in conversation. They were not happy. Now remember I went there EVERY week. I got on with the guys and enjoyed going there for both the food and the banter. But after that , no banter whatsoever. Also I think they actually have decent food and better food which they give out to their preferred customers, mainly because there was a major dip in the quality of the food since then. Basically the guy who runs it is extremely petty. I can’t wait for him to get moved on (which he will). The guy who ran it before was a great guy (Ali) this guy is a complete clown. There are some good guys in there they could run rings round him (again, Ali but a different guy). If the person who actually owns this is reading this, please realise this guy is running your business into the ground and the only reason you might be doing ok is because of the location. You could be doing a lot better but this guy is holding it back. He knows nothing about customer care. I am actually losing weight due to this idiot because I’d rather go home hungry than eat there now. I’m not alone in this so please reevaluate your staff as your current standing of being the best takeaway in Kirkcaldy is on the brink of being lowered. Just so you know, there was no other takeaway to me at one point. Loved the place, loved the staff and looked forward to seeing them. Treated them with the upmost respect especially compared to others which i usually sorted out when i was there which I didn’t have to do, but I respected them a lot so didn’t mind. But since my ‘incident’ of one slight moaning about the price increase, I’ve been basically ostracised and treated like a piece of s**t. I basically ignored the place for a while but got the courage last night to go in and ask what the problem was. The boss guy pretended there was no problem. He’s a complete idiot and very very petty. I actually love the food, but it shows you that’s not what it’s all about. Nowadays I’d rather go hungry than go there
