点评：Visited The New Serena on Saturday September 24th 2022 to place an order for a portion of chicken pakora.
Now as their menu doesn't state if the chicken pakora comes with a chilli sauce I asked the man at the counter who was taking my order.
"Yes of course our chicken pakora comes with a pot of chilli sauce"
Imagine getting my order home to find no chilli sauce in the cardboard box with my pakora. Instead they'd put a handful of chopped raw onions all over it to try make it look more presentable.
The pakora was dry without any chilli sauce, bit tough & chewy. Can't recommend going here as they can't get a simple order correct. I wouldn't have minded if it didn't come with a chilli sauce as I'd have happily have bought one. To be lied to & then presented with chicken pakora covered in raw onions was unacceptable. To think the box containing the pakora proclaimed The New Serena to be Dunfermline's Premier Indian Takeaway. I beg to differ.
I dread to think how this place would deal with someone phoning up with a food allergy if they are incapable of getting such a simple order wrong.
Can't recommend & won't use again. There's bound to be better Indian restaurants/takeaways in Dunfermline.
