点评：This was my first visit to any Chinese buffet restaurant so I was not sure what to expect. Staff are pleasant enough, place clean and sparkling and the whole buffet display and setup looked beautiful
I was most concerned about the food. We were there from 2pm till 4pm and during that time the food was never checked for temperature, storage etc. A lot of the items were lukewarm to start with so heaven knows what they would be like by 4pm and I have a suspicion that when they reopened at 5pm things would just be as they were, (they could never refresh all these dishes) and new customers coming in would just get the same ones. A lot of the items were uncovered as well, these were the most lukewarm ones.
Having been in the catering industry for many years I don't understand how the environmental health are not down on them, food not covered, food not at the correct temperature etc.
Having said all of the above, the food, apart from being barely lukewarm in some cases, seemed good enough and if you are a big eater it is worth the money
