点评:I used to shop regularly in this shop because I think it’s really good and has a variety of vintage clothes at a cheap price. I went today with my boyfriend because I bought 3 vouchers of £10 each last December (dec 2021) as a Christmas gift. We were at the tills and I presented the vouchers and lady first said that the vouchers were expired and I said I’m sorry but I didn’t know because when I bought them here in this shop and I asked nobody said that there was an expiration date. She assumed I was lying and said that I didn’t buy the vouchers in December 2021 but in February 2021. On the vouchers there was some sort of mistakes about the date (14/02/2021 instead of 14/12/2021) and I said I have my bank transaction as proof if you like. She treated me like I was lying and she was really rude to me. She was really pissed and then I said in February 2021 this shop wasn’t even open because Of lockdown. She pointed out that she did not want to argue but she was doing me a favor. At the end it turns she accepted the vouchers, but the point was the bad communication and rudeness she had. I felt bad for her but she lost a customer today. Customer services’ jobs are not for everyone!!!!! Really Bad experience
