点评：Absolutley shocking service. Most of the staff avoid giving you eye contact. Waited 40 mins for a glass of iced water, my mum bad to go to the bar to ask for it and was ignored multiple times. She then shouted to the young blonde barmaid who we first asked for the water from. She grabbed a glass filled it, sat it down and walked away. No smile, no apology, nothing!! She needs some serious customer service training her face was tripping her. My daughter ordered kids pasta, it was so dry and rock hard, not even edible. I went to the bar with it and again wasn't even given eye contact. I ended up shouting one of the food servers who replaced it. Multiple members of staff were walking around the floor and not one cleared our table when the food was finished, they just looked away and kept walking. A waiter then proceeded to bring out the 2 desserts that were ordered for my kids and tried to squeeze them on to an already full table. I did say to him maybe clear the plates first. The only time I have had a positive experience here is when it's quiet. They cannot cope with it being busy. And seriously get some friendlier front of house staff. If that's the face of your establishment this won't be the only bad review yous receive.
