点评:Online order from the city centre shop. Nando’s are in partnership with deliveroo for delivery. Deliveroo did come to my door but by the time I answered it in the same minute he rang the bell the driver was away with my order but marked my online order as delivered. Phoned shop spoke to one person said I’ll put you on to my manager, spoke to manager (??? Gupta), he didn’t like I couldn’t understand why they weren’t sorting it out and said I’ll put you onto the manager?? Thought I was! Put me on to Amy. Amy didn’t like that I didn’t want to phone a London number for deliveroo. She constantly spoke over me when I was trying to understand the process of ‘it’s nothing they can help with’ so we were both talking at the same time. She got louder, I wouldn’t let her talk over me so I got louder (I wasn’t the loudest I just didnt let her cut me off) she didn’t like that so told me she wouldn’t let me shout at her?! and put the phone down on me without giving me any details on how to get my money back. I had to phone the shop again for this information. Not sure what process they go through to become a manager but Amy has not finished her course. Still not resolved.
