点评：Good points….. bread is good but expensive.
Sandwiches are good but more variety needed.
Bad points….
My gripe is, since relocating to a bigger unit , they’ve missed a big opportunity on the design of the place. It’s a mess.
But the real disaster is how in this day and age, they are allowed to have ‘open’ cakes displayed on a table and a rack full of bakery products near an entrance.
From a hygiene point it should not be allowed.
Door ajar with traffic constantly passing outside and the heat with flies, wasps buzzing about the cakes etc is a real turn off.
The counter/till area set up is all wrong, it causes a ‘jam’ at the door with people queued up , the whole flow doesn’t work. It’s like it’s just been thrown together and hope for the best.
As with another comment the service needs improving, staff seem to lack guidance/training and are in a trance!
I feel the move from their tiny place to the new bigger unit has caught them out big time.
Whoever is in charge - sharpen up in all areas.
