点评：La Braseria has become an utter disgrace. What was once a respected name in Swansea is now a place to avoid. The food was awful — steaks cooked completely wrong, bland sides, and zero care in the kitchen. It looked like it had potential on the menu, but everything that came out was a disappointment.
The service? Even worse. Staff were cold and disinterested, and the slim, bearded Welsh manager — who claimed to have “years of experience” — seemed more interested in brushing off complaints than resolving anything. Honestly, a manager from Costa or even McDonald’s would’ve run circles around him. No apology, no accountability — just apathy. And judging by the growing list of bad reviews, the owner clearly doesn’t care either.
There’s no pride, no effort, and absolutely no reason to give this place your money. There are far better restaurants in Swansea that actually care about food and customers. I wouldn’t return here under any circumstances.
