点评：AVOID: Effectively stole £120 from my credit card. Made a reservation for 6 people. Phoned up during the day to say would be coming later for drinks but no food. No problem. All good. Had a pleasant evening. Spent £160. Next day received an email and noticed my credit card was charged £120 for a ‘no show’! Contacted the management. They insisted because we didn’t cancel that specific table it was a ‘no show’ and dismissed the phone call. Refused to refund the penalty charge taken from my card despite acknowledging we were there. We spent money. Scandalous and rude. To add insult to injury the place was virtually empty when we were there too, so perhaps this explains why they are taking extra money from people’s credit cards and claiming it’s somehow acceptable behaviour. Reporting to the fraud police and consumer watchdog. At a minimum avoid booking online with them and giving them your credit card details.
