点评:Visited back in January and gave a poor review because we ate our meals with our coats on as it was so cold. Apparently there was a problem with the heating though we were not advised of this at the time. It was a very cold day and we were glad to get into the car to blast the heaters on so we could defrost ourselves. Was asked to make contact regarding the problem tried several different avenues phoned, emailed both directly and left our review. It was very frustrating as the response asking for contact was never answered even though an apology was made and we were informed that the emails would be "jumped on" straight away (from January/Feb) and we would definitely be contacted within a few days. Still waiting! Seems to me that it makes the establishment appear that they are striving to resolve issues and complaints which in reality never happens but of course makes it look good on the response to reviews. Have dropped my original review to 1 star as can't go any lower which I would because of lack of interest and a total waste of my time .
