点评:Went here for dinner on a Saturday evening, booked our table and were waiting for it to be cleaned on arrival.
Ordered our drinks first, which came in a reasonable time although the beer was flat.
We started ordering our dishes, ordered dish number 2 to be told they were sold out. Ordered the 3rd dish to be told they were sold out, then the waitress proceeded to list about 7 items that weren’t available on the menu..! This should have been explained as soon as we sat down. So we had to re- examine the menu and it then took another 15 minutes for her to come back to take our order.
The food was average, the ‘fries’ were quite stale. Curry portions are small for the price.
When the bill was brought over, we were advised that the 10% service charge was optional and that they had also placed a £1 charity donation on our bill (which I have no issue with). However, when we explained we wanted the service charge removed due to the service (or lack of) we had, the waitress suddenly became incredibly rude, seemingly annoyed at us wanting the service charge removed - walking away as soon as the payment went through.
Overall, poor experience.
