点评：We went on a Saturday night, granted it will be busier than other nights. Was told food would be 1.5 hours which we accepted, but it was almost 2. The table behind us were in a similar situation (they ordered 5-10 mins before us). They got offered complimentary drinks, yet our food arrived and nothing! Asked to speak to the manager (young guy with glasses) and he was rude and abrupt when I asked for the same. Said we accepted the wait time, yes at 1.5 hours not almost 2! No apology or any customer service from a manager! He then said OK one of you can you have a complimentary drink. The table next to us agreed he was rude.
The place has severe issues, in that they cannot accommodate the amount of people staying on site (not enough tables/seats, people constantly asking if they can “have that seat”), the kitchen clearly can’t cope, staff running around like headless chickens, and a manager that’s rude to customers!
The food, we had the naan pizza things. Extremely mediocre for the price. Soft naan with a load of ingredients chucked on top, even just some ready to eat chicken pieces. Not worth the price.
If you stay at Plassey, I’d massively advise eating out somewhere else.
