点评：Avoid. Hotel needs closing down or reopening when all work has been done including building a reception. It is an absolute joke of a place and I would hate others to book there and have the same experience. I went with my friend as we were climbing Snowdon the next day. The room was absolutely freezing as was the entire hotel. We could have cried with disappointment we had been looking forward to our stay for so long. The room was nothing like how the rooms are portrayed on booking.com or The Royal Oaks website. There wasn't even a lampshade just a bare bulb. The curtains hardly fit the windows. There is no reception. A man appeared as we walked into the hotel and gave us room 26. We wouldn't have been able to get to that room as there was a mattress in the corridor preventing access. Another man appeared and said who had we spoken to as we were not in room 26. He went away and came back with the key for room 10. The key worked but it had room 8 on it?? Then the ultimate unbelievable thing happened the next day. When we asked to speak to the supervisor to some young guy in dirty clothes with extreme body odour he replied she was in the rest room as she was on her period! Omg. We couldn't believe our ears. Please someone in authority check this place out....I've asked for a refund...
