点评：Called in for a quick coffee and a sandwich. Very busy but managed to find a table. Ordered a sandwich and coffee and unfortunately found a little piece of packing in the filling. I took it out and ate the sandwich / drank the coffee.
It was a small enough piece to miss whilst the sandwich was being made..
Staff were all pleasant and very busy.
I mentioned it to one of the staff purely to make them aware of the filling being ‘contaminated’ with a piece of plastic? Accidents happen. I paid a visit to the wc.. and when I came out Janet Jackson a member of staff came over and apologised profusely for the issue. There really was no need as the sandwich was lovely as was the coffee.. Molly also came over and was most apologetic… Offered me a free coffee and also a doughnut .. A lovely gesture which I initially refused but after a bit of convivial accepted.
Thank you all of you .. I d happily come back . Service like this is hard to find .. Well done
